Handmade Dumplings (Chinese Cabbage & Pork)

INGREDIENTS / 成份:

Pork, Chinese Cabbage, Flour, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil, Cooking Oil, Chicken Powder, Dark Soy Sauce, Onion, Ginger, Garlic – NO ADDED MSG

猪肉,白菜,面粉,蚝油,麻油,食用油,鸡粉,老抽,葱,姜,蒜                                                        

 

3 Cooking Methods (Cabbage & Pork Dumplings):

1. Put frozen dumplings into boiling water, stir about 1 minute, boil on high heat for 6-8 minutes, when they start floating, add a 1/2 cup of cold water, after floating again, repeat adding cold water process for 3 times until dumplings are plump and floating, fish out and serve with your favourite sauce. (shredded ginger, mashed garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar etc)

2. Add some oil in the frying pan, put frozen dumplings in order into the frying pan, add about 70ml water, cover and cook on medium heat until water is dried then turn into low heat and continue frying about 3-5 minutes, after the dumplings are golden and crispy on the bottom, you can enjoy it, please do not fry too long time or it will get burnt.

3. Put the frozen dumplings into a steamer, after the water is boiled, steam with medium heat for about 10-15mins, and you can enjoy the dumplings.
