When simmered in soup, it yields a lighter broth while ensuring the meat remains incredibly tender even with prolonged cooking. Ideal for enhancing dishes like Bak Kut Teh and various soup recipes! Our butchers meticulously select and prepare the meat every morning at 3:30 am, guaranteeing freshness.

 

Cooking Guide: 

  • Blanch the pork for 2-3 mins, before cooking.

 

Storage Guide:

  • Chiller: Vacuum packaging extends freshness up to 2 days.
  • Freezer: Can be stored for up to 6 months.

 

Pro Tip for Safe Handling:

  • Avoid washing the pork before cooking to prevent bacterial splashing.
  • We highly recommend cooking the pork without washing it to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.

How it Works:

At VitaminSeafood, we provide customised service to all our customers. You can indicate your specific request during checkout. 

For whole fishes, we descale, degut and clean the fish properly before vacuum-packing it.

The following can be done upon request: butterfly your fish / cut the whole fish into steaks/fillets on both sides.

For fillets, we can do the following upon request: de-skin / cut into cubes / small portions for babies.
