Important Notes:

  • We use large sea catch barramundi fish.
  • Do note that weight range provided is before any deboning, de-gutting and cleaning of the fish.
  • Selecting fillet means that we will fillet the fish, and pack them individually. We will return you the big bones which can be use to make fish bone broth. 
  • Selecting steak cut means that we will chop the fish into appropriate size of steaks.

Caution for fillets: Care has been taken to remove bones but some pin bones may be found occasionally, exercise caution when feeding children.

The flesh of Barramundi is naturally blue-grey, particularly on the dorsal area of the spine. 100% natural & the flesh will whiten upon cooking.
