Delivery time slots are from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:30AM to 5PM. All orders after 3:30PM are considered as the next day's order. We accept pre-orders up to a week.

Our goal is to deliver within the selected delivery time period. Unfortunately, while we do our best to mitigate all incidents, many things on the road are beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure proper communication with our customers in case your delivery may arrive earlier or later than expected. 

The fulfilment period is expected to be from next day delivery to 2 weeks from the date of order. Usually when a particular item is unavailable, the customer's order will replace with an alternative and we will refund the difference or request for a top up.

Availability of Seafood

We operate as a pre-order system.
Due to the nature of fresh seafood, sometimes certain seafood may not be available. If your order is unavailable, we will contact you to recommend a substitution or change the delivery date.


If you have any dispute regarding the freshness of the produce, you must submit it within 24 hours with proof (photo evidence). Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Bones in Fish

Our fillets are processed by our fish experts to ensure that there are minimal bones. However, there may still be fine bones in the fillets that may not be detected during the cutting process.


While we do our best to facilitate and ease the role of the caregiver through our cutting options and packaging, we cannot replace the role of the caregiver. We advise all caregivers to exercise caution when feeding their young children. We are not liable for bones found in your fish. VitaminSeafood do not provide any refunds in such cases.

Fish and Portion Sizes

All fish are processed by our fish experts to ensure the highest quality standards. We always try to offer the closest to what was described on the product page.  Nonetheless, as processing is done by humans, there may be variations in weight from what was stated. Also, please note that due to variances in sizes of the fish, we may have to give the fish and portions according to the approximate weight you ordered instead of the specific number of items ordered.  VitaminSeafood will not provide any refunds in relation to any dispute related to such incidents.


We have strict standards in place to ensure that quality and consistency are maintained. Due to food safety and the perishability of seafood, we will not accept any returns in exchange for refunds.


In the event of a cancellation, half of the total value will be charged. Cancellation will not be allowed after the item has been dispatched or delivered.
